Double Knee Replacement Patient

Dear Doctor Bertram,
I am so thankful that the lord led us to Florida, First Baptist Church Naples, the First Baptist Academy and to you through Lance Bethea. Jan and I have anticipated knee replacement surgery for the past nine years and were very apprehensive about it. However, since meeting you last year, your positive attitude and not rushing our decision comforted us greatly.

Now looking back, we cannot believe how smoothly everything has gone since the double knee replacement. Every step of the way, you made sure that I was as comfortable and well informed as possible. Your entire staff is extremely professional and has always been so kind to me, even when I'm sure some of my questions were insignificant (though they never made me feel that way).

I am so glad I had the surgery and truly feel like a new person. Therapy has definitely been a plus and from what the therapists have told me, I'm having an outstanding recovery. Everyone I talk to, speaks so highly of you and your reputation certainly precedes you.

I'd also like to thank you and Mrs. Bertram for the flowers I received in the hospital. What a surprise and lovely gesture! They were absolutely beautiful! It was so unexpected and I appreciate your thoughtfulness and kindness ever so much.
